Dominica is great place for sports and games.

As it is an island, almost every water sport imaginable is possible, and on the west coast's calm Caribbean waters there are a few places where equipment can be rented, from snorkels to sail boats. The dramatic Atlantic east coast is a surfer's paradise, and fishing trips can be arranged with local fishermen.

There are also a couple of excellent horseriding centres on the island - hike the lazy way!

The West Indies is world famous for its cricket, every village has at least one cricket team, and the team in our local village of Grand Fond welcome our guests at their practices.The village also has a basketball team and a soccer team, where everyone is welcome to join in.

We also have our own games room, where you can play snooker, pool and darts, as well as an outdoor badminton net.

These are available for use free of charge to resident guests.
