Just completed and ready to rent, the latest addition to our various choices of accommodation is our Carib Indian Cabin.

Set in the heart of the rainforest, built with the help of some genuine Carib Indians in the jungle directly behind 3 Rivers.

To reach the cabin you need to hike for about 15 minutes up a fairly hilly trail directly behind us.

The short walk is pretty steep, and is not suited to all of our guests, but when you reach your cabin, the area is flat and you wiill certainly not be disturbed; except by the wildlife.

The cabin is furnished with a traditional Carib log bed, and the only additional western comforts are a matress and a mosquito net. There is no electricity but a lamp is provided.

There is a traditoinal carib composting toilet nearby, and you have a limited water supply of collected rain water.

If it is solitude and/or tranquility that you seek, our Carib cabin deep in the jungle will really provide you with the opportunity to be alone and enjoy the true beauty of the rainforest.

Due to the remoteness of the cabin, there a member of staff will visit you regulatly upon request. He is there to assist you throughout your stay. If you want him to fetch and carry, or show you the traditional methods of cooking and general jungle living, all you need do is ask.
